Responsibilities
This job entails maintaining the community's safety and attractiveness under the Service Manager's direction, assisting in on-site maintenance projects, adhering to legal and company regulations including Fair Housing, ensuring safety compliance, following manuals, maintaining safety practices, being available for on-call duties, completing zone inspections, participating in programs like Hug-a-Building, assisting in janitorial inventory control, safely using and storing tools and chemicals, and having a working knowledge of management software.
