It's VERY INFORMATIVE! Mark Your Calendars for Tuesday, June 21st from 11:30am - 1:00pm -- Collections Workshop! This event will be at Fresh Air BBQ located at 1110 Hull Rd., Athens, GA 30601! This is an AWESOME class that helps give us all refreshers on having better in-house collections whether it’s rent / move out cleaning and damages charges / payments on accounts for services. For our May meeting we have lined up Mayor Kelly Girtz and Commissioner Carol Myers. They will be speaking about the multifamily market in Athens Clarke County and their work in conjunction with our market. We're excited to have this opportunity to open up a dialog between our members and our local government.
We are celebrating Earth Day with Denise Plemons with ACC Solid Waste Dept.! She is hosting our Recycling 101 Class. Luncheon date is Friday, April 19, 2022 from 11:30Am - 1:30PM. Location At ACC Solid Waste Main Office.
Bruce Lonnee with the Athens Clarke County Planning & Zoning Department is our March Speaker on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 11:30AM - 1:30PM. Location TBD!

About Us
Local volunteer organization intended to network our community with vendors, keep up-to-date with Athens area ordinances, and provides education opportunities for our members.
- The AAA meets 9 out of 12 months for either lunch or dinner and holds social networking events in between. The meetings usually offer an educational opportunity or an informative speaker with topics relevant to the Multifamily industry or local concerns. This is a great opportunity to network!
